USG

Ultrasonography (USG), commonly known as ultrasound, is a diagnostic imaging technique that uses high-frequency sound waves to produce images of structures within the body. It is a non-invasive, painless procedure widely used in medical practice to visualize organs, tissues, and blood flow.
USG operates through a transducer, which emits sound waves that bounce off tissues and return as echoes. These echoes are then converted into real-time images by a computer. The procedure can be performed externally on the skin surface or internally using specialized probes.
